Remote Support:
- Secure remote connection for troubleshooting and configuration
- Software installation, updates, and issue resolution
- Fast response times without the need for travel
- Charged at R400 per session
- A deposit fee required before remote support begins, deductible from the final service fee. See pricing section for more details.
Onsite Support:
- Technician dispatched to your premises for hands-on assistance
- Hardware repairs, network setup, and car diagnostics
- Ideal for issues that require physical intervention
- Call-out fee applies: Covers travel to your premises. The call-out fee is non-refundable and does not include diagnostic, labour, repair, or parts costs. See pricing section for more details.
